Terms of Service

Planner is production scheduling software operated by Dot to Dot. References to Planner, we, us, or our mean the team providing the Planner service.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through your account.

If you use Sign in with Google, it is used only to authenticate your Planner account. Planner does not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Google product data.

You must provide accurate account information and must not impersonate another person, production, company, or organization.

You may use Planner to create, manage, collaborate on, share, and export production schedules and related planning information.

You must not misuse Planner, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

You are responsible for the project content you create or invite others to access.

Some Planner features may require a paid subscription. Prices, limits, and included features are shown on the pricing page or agreed separately for enterprise customers.

Paid plans renew until cancelled unless your order or agreement says otherwise. Taxes may apply.

If payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, access to paid features may be reduced after any applicable notice or grace period.

You keep ownership of the production schedules, project data, and content you add to Planner.

You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, display, and back up your content as needed to provide and improve Planner.

We may use aggregated or de-identified operational information to understand and improve the service.

We aim to keep Planner reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may update features, limits, pricing, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels.

Planner is provided for production planning support. You remain responsible for checking schedules, exports, call times, and operational decisions before relying on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Planner.
